Since 2011, Scott has been representing several buying groups in various industries and has prepared antitrust presentations and guidelines for them. He also maintains trademark portfolios for them and assists them in protecting their brands in a variety of forums, such as:

Scott has always focused on business, even with his education. He completed the business track at the University of Tennessee College of Law and majored in Business Management, with an emphasis in Finance, at Brigham Young University.
